I spent just under an hour at the yarn store yesterday after yoga. Finished a draft of my thesis, so now my advisor is revising and I have relax-time... and thus, I will knit. I was going to be good and just buy exactly what I needed, but then, as I was ready to check out, the girl tells me that if I buy ten balls (I had eight) I'd get 10% off! Who could resist?
The red and teal ones were the two I bought extra (after wandering around for ten more minutes unable to decide and unable to remember what I would need for various projects), and I got them out of the discount bin anyway. The beige ball in the middle is the beginnings of Secret Project #2 (I am being careful, I don't know who might stumble upon this blog). The blue and whites are Secret Project #3 and they are so very soft and squisy! Eeeeee so excited to have new wool and new projects!
I hope my advisor NEVER gets back to me, then I can just quit and knit all the time! (Brad would totally approve... honest.)
