1. Megwarmers
Meg requested legwarmers, in green, possibly with cables. I obliged.
They fit over jeans or tights, and can be worn pulled up over the knee with taller boots, and slouched down or folded over shorter boots.
Done in sport-weight wool, they are quite thin; good for chilly Vancouver spring and fall.
My favourite part is this cable that runs the entire length:

Mum liked the idea of legwarmers, and had a new pair of boots to wear them with... so I made her a pair too. In grey for maximum outfit-flexibility, and in a superwash/acrylic for maximum non-itchability.
They're not quite as long as Meg's, and a bit thicker. Perfect for frosty Wisconsin winter days.

Mama got a Samsung Galaxy Tab for Christmas, of which I am rather jealous. I don't begrudge her the necessity of a good protective cover for it though.
