St. Paddy's Snacks

I saw this recipe weeks ago on Pinterest and mentally filed it away for future use.

Future use is NOW! Made some just in time for St. Patrick's day, and shared it with family and friends (it was a long day).

It really was some St. Paddy's luck, since all the ingredients were on sale! It's a very simple recipe, with decadent results.
I'll keep it in mind for Christmas, and add some dried cranberries for more seasonal colour.

Mini Eggs*! My favourite! I showed great restraint and only got one scoopful.

*Actually they were Petite Eggs, the Bulk Barn no-name version of Mini Eggs. Taste almost the same, half the price, AND I can buy them bulk!


My sweet tooth is well satisfied.
