And more summertime

It's getting cooler at nights now, but we've managed to pack in some good summer times.

Playing with lakeshore clay.

Making jaunty sculptures.

Eating summer salads.

Winning at Scrabble.

Blowing in the wind.

Blooming in the heat.

Catching frogs...

...and fish...

...and babies.

Touching giant diggers.

And a tiny bit of knitting. (Dino Baby Booties, pattern here. I did not choose the yarn with the best stitch definition, but I was working with what I had in the stash.)

More to come, namely, the never-ending sweater. I finally got the right zipper... And then I'm off to knitter's paradise, the land where they sell quality wool in the grocery store, Iceland. SO. EXCITED.
