Since we last spoke, I hiked here:
Rode one of these:
Ate a few of these,
quite a few of these,
but not any of these.
Saw some sights labelled like this,
that looked like this.
I walked on one of these,
and picked up one of these.
Suffice to say, I haven't had a lot of time on one of these!
...but don't worry, I'll have lots of time for computers in the future! My contract at work was extended, and they're working on a full-time offer.
Which doesn't leave a lot of knitting time! But of course I didn't go to Iceland and forget about my sheepy habit. Post coming on knitterly things very soon. In short, if you like to knit and hike, Iceland is heaven.
Wonderful post. Makes me want to visit Iceland!
ReplyDeleteI highly suggest it! The fringe season is the best too, there's hardly anyone else about and the weather is still tolerable.
DeleteCarly, these photos are incredible! Iceland was on my list before, but you've pushed it to the top.
ReplyDeleteGogogogogo!
DeleteThere's lots of other places I want to see, so I probably won't get back soon... but we only saw the southern half of the country, and I think the Westfjords would be awesome. The world is too big!
